Isaiah 9:6


“His Name Shall Be Called...Wonderful”

This year has been wonderful
You may wonder how this could be true
With our hearts still grieving, friends and loved ones leaving
But, God’s grace and love have just kept shining through
Of Course, there has been rain, times of smiling through pain
Wondering what next I should do
But, when I interceded, I experienced God’s leading
Miraculously, almost too awesome to be true!
With my heart “full of wonder”, I kept following my star
Like the wise men of so long ago
Until I found the place, of God’s amazing grace
In the presence of the one I love so
Wrapped in swaddling clothes, as a babe, lain in a manger
My Savior has become my dearest friend
Emmanuel, God with us, is no longer a stranger
I’m filled with “Wonder” as our spirits blend!
Friend, as this year flies by, let’s you and I
Stay in touch, if only by prayer…
You’re still a part of my memories… My heart
A line here and there, reminds me of your love and care…
May God grant to you your most wonderful year
His love remaining forever the same
May each day be blessed with His righteousness
In Jesus, the most wonderful name!
May the wonder of Christmas fill our hearts with joy
As we reflect on His wonderful birth
host of angels descending, announcing God’s condescending
Heaven wonderfully kissing the earth!
