I think We're Headed Into a Recession
Are you folks aware of any indicators pointing to a recession in the near future?
BTW, have you guys heard the new commercials being aired by Homeland Security asking us if we're ready to live without water and electricity? Spooky. |

Oil is at or near an all time high. |

Oil may go over 100.00 and gas prices will be at 4.50 a gal. Inflation will become worse and dollar will continue to drop. In my neighborhood we have close to 20-30 foreclosures and we have new ones almost daily. Mortgages companies are failing, Banks are closing. The credit card companies will have the next greater issues and people are having their cars taken by banks. The empty houses that are now owned by banks will be going into disrepair and will make the neighborhoods go down, and become a haven for gangs and violence. Is this the end time? I doubt that, it's because a nation that is busy turning her back of God, and a nation that was having Pentecostal revival in holiness spit in God's face and wanted a Lexus and dusted almonds more than prayer, fasting, and living a separated life in Jesus name. This country is going to hell in a hand basket and we need to get real busy on our faces in snot bubbles and tears. In Jesus name Brother Benincasa www.OnTimeJournal.com www.IfAmericansKnew.com |

Did you know that there is a group of people that like to put "Great" in front of the things they cause? Like - The Great Depression The Great French Revolution, etc. |

There are some who say the Bush's tax cuts may have actually staved off the recession for a few years. It may be so, but to me, it was probably just delaying the inevitable. The fall in the dollar, the trade deficit, the rise in international oil prices, the spike in foreclosures... I dont think Dubya can really be blamed for any of these. I think they would have happened no matter who was president. |
