Photo clues lead to camera's owner

Man leaves camera in NY Taxi and finder goes to extraordinary lengths to make the owner's Birthday Happy.

One winter my wife found a camera in Central Park. She sat where she found it for an hour asking everyone that came by if it was theirs and no one said it was. She brought it home and we developed the pictures hoping for a clue but there were just a few very non descript pictures. It wasn't an SLR or anything fancy but at the time it was a decent quality point and shoot 35mm so we used it for quite some time.
