But, yes, there is healing through communion.

In Exodus 12, they were saved from death by the blood of the lamb over the door post and they received physical strength for their journey by eating the lamb. This typified our salvation through the blood of Jesus and our healing through (symbolically) eating His flesh at the Lord's table.
