I know some in the past have said this place isn't real. It's very real. Just ask One Accord, Dora, Ron, Ferd, and many many more that have received support and prayers from the members here.

We have developed relationships that are very meaningful and I too am thankful RevRandy!!!

Okay, don't ask. I'll just tell you. This place is real. For real! For along time, I kinda felt like I was standing on the outside looking in. I guess thats because I am not, nor have I ever been, UPC. When people would talk about things like BOTT, Affirmation Statements, the "Mother Ship" and the "Apostolic Vatican", I had no clue as to what they were talking about. And the people. Some I had heard of, some were vaguely familiar, and others, I had no clue. I didn't know what JCM was, POA or anything. And, the issues. Te TV thingy, the PCI/PAJC divide and so on.

So, I was the odd man out. I kinda felt like the little fat kid (Sorry) that no one wanted on their team, but, got stuck anyway. And, beacuse of that, I quit. Several times. No big long Bon Voyage or nothin', I just sailed out of site.

Then, I found I... we needed... prayer. So, I posted a simple prayer request. And the floodgates opened. Such an outpouring of love, concern and compassion. And... generousity. It was during that time, AFF became a family. I felt "grafted" in. I was adopted. I belong. This right here is my fellowship with Apostolic people. This is my church. I come here to be fed at the Masters Table. And, I eat good. Rev.Randy, you have served up some of the meatiest plates ever. I drink in Sis Alvears post. I feast on Sis. Barbs and scores of othere. Raven, Apprehended and many many more. And Sis. Falla, her posts are my desserts. In fact, I think I've put on a spiritual pound or two.

Yeah, its real alright. Because the people are.

And real people we are! We are here as living examples that people who differ can and WILL be friends... I too love all you folks and sometimes imagine what it would be like to host some of you in our home in churches to me it would be such an honor and privilege.
