The Ever-Increasing Power of the District Board
Last fall, when resolution three was passed, District Board's gained the power to place a ministry "under question" for a variety of reasons that may include finances, morality and the like.
My understanding is that the General Board's decision to exclude dual membership will be enforced at the discretion of each District's Board. So, a more conservative district may not enforce the ruling at all, while a more liberal district may opt for a total ban on all WPFers. How sensical is that? |
Re: The Ever-Increasing Power of the District Boar

Re: The Ever-Increasing Power of the District Boar
I don't see this as being a big deal really.
Isn't it better to have localized policies rather than a single "top-down" policy issued from UPCI headquarters? |

In which case I would go back to your original statement. ALL government by nature of human involvement is flawed..... |
