I've been meaning to get this posted forever but just haven't. I'm putting together our family tree and that is just about a full time job. In the last 5 mos. I've gathered info on 390 people and have not even got that line finished yet!! I'm having a ball though!!
I've been enjoying just looking around this site and reading the posts. Looks really interesting. I hope to get to look a little more indepth later. See everyone later!

My sister-in-law has been doing the family tree thing for over a decade now and has several volumes of information about our family. Occationally I'll ask her about what she's confimed since the last time I asked. It's been a few years now since I have asked, but on one line she has confimed back to the early 1700's in PA, and on another line we found out that some of my ancesters moved with some the Cherokee nation (prior to the trail of tears) westward and ended up on the outskirts of new cherokee land in Missouri. I find it very facinating, but I don't have the time to work on it myself.
