Those Mustard Bottles
 

Reading another thread I was reminded of this. Years ago at Denny's they had these mustard bottles that were like the catchup bottles that you poured out the contents....hopefully. Of course since you could not squeeze them it was hard to get the product to come out.

I was a lot younger and was with my dad at this Denny's. He was working that mustard bottle trying to get some to just plop out...the stuff was not moving. So he gently gave it a few taps on the back...1.....2.....3....and the entire contents poured out onto what ever it was he was going to eat.

I thought it was hilarious and was laughing almost hysterically while, of course, my Dad was getting quite upset with him having to spoon the mustard back into the bottle and his son laughing next to him.

I don't think I will ever forget that. Ever since then I am always careful with anything like that at a restaurant..
