Preaching at Non-UPC Conferences
 

THIS IS A NEWS FLASH....wrapped in a DISCUSSION QUESTION....

I was just informed that a UPCI member will be preaching at a big time non-UPC Conference.

The person was asked to preach this conference because "they have a message to share with the world."

If you, as a UPC member, were asked to preach in front of 10,000 people at a conference and have the floor...would you?

Why is it that this is such a secret. Will the 10,000 in attendance keep this secret?

I'll go one further many of them would jump at the chance to speak on TBN...If they ever got asked. The problem....They know they will never gert asked so they stand against it...

I think they should have the right.......

You know I was just reminded of this. Recently we had a Pastors wife testify of how their son when he was younger was really rebellious. He eventually landed in jail for several things and finally for killing someone. He eventually turned to the Lord and now that he is out is serving God. And I thought, what a great testimony, I bet they'd give air time to it on some syndicated show like Focus on the Family....I remember hearing "You gotta Have the Want To" by a UPC preacher I can't remember his name...Oggs? Something like that, on that show.
