Moving this Sunday too.....
 

Well, we're moving to Mesa, AZ but our home buying process is a drama fit for TV.
We all ready put our offer in which had us paying a 3% down payment (which we practically had to pull out of a place that the sun don't shine in order to do) yet last night at 8 in the evening we received a call saying that the load underwriters wanted another 2% (5% total). We really had to dig deep to get this extra 6 grand within 12 hours! But.... we managed to do it.
Now we're waiting to hear from our mortgage officer since he is overnighting our closing paperwork which we need to sign and notarize then overnight back. At this point we need a place to pull into next Tuesday when we arrive with our moving truck and untold number of pets!
