How To Post From You Tube ?

I think this has been discussed before,but how does post something from You Tube ?I'm still on Dial up even though it's slow I enjoy alot of older music videos from You Tube.It's just takes me awhile to watch them.
There is alot of older folk and bluegrass and older country and gospel music there.
But how can I share it with yall on AFF ?
