God help that kid if he were one of mine! He'd be needing braces with the first "SHUT UP!" My kids will tell you that I am all for them expressing themselves honestly, but they also know not to cross that line.

Did you watch the part of how the mother had been treating the child since she had lost her daughter to cancer? Dr. Phil suggested the boy was paying the price for being alive. I am not advocating anyone being slapped, child or parent.

I don't care what had been going on previously. Had that been one of mine or anyone else's for that matter, he wouldn't be using that hand again for a while.
