I need a tester or three!

Please click on our new web site (very much under construction). It is at www.randyandgail.com. I have a real time streaming video feed (near the bottom of the page) and live chat box going. You may have to click on the middle ">" button to start the feed going -just like a YouTube video.

Stopped broadcasting for this evening, but I will start it again tomorrow morning when there are more people around. The live chat box works very well also!

Ok, stopped the current broadcast as of 11:03 am (AZ time).

We are going to add many more pictures and very likely a simple blog. It is done mainly for family members who are scattered all over the country (but most are trapped in Wisconsin).
I will not be using the web cam a majority of the time simply because it is kills my bandwidth -and there is something a bit unsettling at seeing "15 viewers watching" and having NO idea who anyone is. LOL

That, and I can't run around the house in my underwear when it is going. :(

That is fun for family. It's a good idea, too. Maybe Jeff could set up something similar for us--seeing as we have family in NC, Missouri, Texas, Tennessee & Louisiana!

I think it's great that you have a way to let family see you. I have a friend who's husband is serving his third round in Iraq. The lifeline for him seeing his wife and kids and them seeing him is a webcam like that. He's missed out on so much of the kids growing up... but the webcams help.. moreso for the kids remembering their dad.

It would be a weird feeling having 15 viewers watching and not knowing who they were. Just remember, YOU asked all the AFF'ers to check it out... and when we're bored, we'll click just about anything :D
