A First For Canada

I was as shocked as anyone to hear of a jury's acquittal of a man for shooting a policeman who entered his home illegally in a middle of the night police raid.
While Canadians are allowed to buy & keep guns it isn't a right protected by our Constitution.

The judge also ruled the warrant issued for the raid illegal.
