Church CLOSED for the Summer
 
I was reading on a non denominational

where a church goer was lamenting that her

church was closing shop for the summer. what is up

with that?? Is that what churches are leading to?????

Is that the next step for Pentecost????




There were other people that said that their church

closes sunday school for the summer, mid week service

for the summer, share groups and on and on it went.



Is this another sign of the times or do you agree with this??

I have never heard of it. But then again we have a lot of churches in our little town. I have only ever seen one shut down. And that was permanent. I hope apostolic churches don't shut down for the summer.

Sign of the times and also something to do with where in the country you live. I find it difficult to find a service on Sunday evenings. When I lived in NC. we had service on Sun Morn, Sun Eve, Wed Eve and Fri Eve.

Yep, a lot of churches are cutting away their
sunday night services


I talked to a pastor recently that said there are
several churches (including his) that are wondering
if their wednesday nights will even survive- they're
on a respirator at best

WHAT IS GOING ON ????????????????????????????????

Well, Wednesday night services are my favorite services. My church does not have Sunday night services. Wish we did though.
