Tonight's The Night!!

Well, gang, tonight's the night! In a couple of hours we are going to have our first home meeting!:bliss I am very excited about it. I picked some songs for us to sing, got the Bible study on the Book of Ephesians I bought ready, and am just waiting for the other family to let me know when they will be heading this way. A lot of thought and prayer has gone into going in this direction, and I am hopeful that God will make His presence known among us this evening.

Bro. Rico,

May our Great Lord God bless these humble efforts. Little
IS MUCH...when GOD is in it!!!

Little is much when God is in it;
Labor not for wealth or fame.
There's a crown and you can win it,
When you go in Jesus Name!

That's about how many we have at our Wednesday night adult Bible Study.
We have about 80 in Kids' Church, about 50 in the Youth Meeting and some in th Nursery. Just about all the adults are busy on Wednesday so only a few get to come to the midweek Bible Study that I teach.

It went well. We went on a little bit longer than I thought we would, but that was because there were some things we talked about because it was our first meeting. I messed up the guitar playing. :D We had a good time of prayer at one point, when my son started crying over his aunt in TN. The Bible study ended up taking a direction all its own, separate from what the author was trying to convey, but we were all cool with that. Overall, I would have to say it was a good meeting, especially seeing as how it was our first one.
