What a weekend!
 

And it isn't even over! :)

1. My nephew-in-law was taken to the ER last night with chest pains. His mother just passed away with a heart attack in October. They ran test on him and still want to run one more, but it seems his heart may be ok. The doctors told them that if the insurance would have let them run one more test on their mother they would have found the problem and she would be alive today.

His diagnosis is his sugar is high and so was his blood pressure. He is on workers comp with a knee injury and four kids to raise. He is also needing to lose weight which is a catch 22 because of his knee.

His brother also has major back problems that the doctors don't even want to touch. These boys are barely in their 30's!

2. My Dad came to spend a couple of days with me and told us why his daughter and her husband are separated. Seems he fired her son in an unfair manner and finds nothing but fault with her son who is in his late 20's. And yes he does have issues that need to be dealt with, seems he jumped the gun on this issue.

Also, seems her husband has started studying communism!

3. My 14 year old great-niece that was in a car accident several weeks ago at 1:30 in the morning from lying to her parents telling them she was spending the night at a girl friends house but actually was with that girl and two boys, tried to run away from home today.

She told my nephew who has raised and adopted her since she was 2 years old that she hated him and ALL his family!

She is so angry that I fear she may try and kill the whole family! I have warned my SIL to tell them to keep all weapons out of her reach. She has also threaten to commit suscide!

BTW...the boy that got fired, was put in jail this week for his 3rd DUI. He nearly killed himself in the last one. :(

Oh my Esther!
Praying! I know about catch 22's. I have HBP & could lose some weight, but I have a back injury & a sore ankle.

BTW, how is the book coming?

Thanks everyone.

Now to add another issue. I call my Mother EVERY morning to make sure she made it through the night ok since she lives alone. This morning I called around 8 something and no answer. So I decided to wait and call back as she may have been in the shower getting ready for church.

At a little after 9 I called again. No answer.

I called my SIL that lives next door and she went to be sure her house had not been broken into since her car was gone.

We can't find her!

Aaa humm it is coming along to slowly. But this week IF nothing drastic happens I hope to get a lot accomplished on it. :)

BTW...Ron and PO after you two really did some serious praying for me my headaches dimished considerably, however the last couple of days they have started picking up again.
