DR.Janice Sjostrand Can Sing.

I recently aquired a DVD of DR.Janice Sjostrand and she can flat out sing.
I had never heard of her before .and she really has talent.
I got the DVD from http://firstpent.org
Anyways her singing just blows me away it's really great.

FYi....she wrote the song, Alabaster Box. When she was at our church, she told the story of how that song came to be. She was supposed to play for the altar call and the preacher was preaching about the woman coming to Jesus and anointing His feet with oil. She needed a song for the altar call and when she went to the piano, she started playing and the words just flowed.

I am not familiar with this sister,but the DVD I have touched me I felt the presence of God while watching it.

WOW! Now that is good preaching. Seriously, when a preacher can make you see what she is preaching, that's anointed preaching.

I love Sis. Sjostrand's ministry. My pastor has let me
borrow some Videos of hers from when she was down
here for some conferences which happened before I joined
the UPC. I am really inspired, moved and touched by her
preaching and singing. I have recently borrowed them again
from him and I just love watching them over and over again.
She is truly anointed. In one of the videos she prophesies over
my pastor which is really wonderful. May God bless her for
being the woman that God has anointed her to be. She is the
first woman preacher I have ever seen live. She came down to
our Ladies Retreat a couple of years ago. I uploaded a couple of
videos of when she came down, you should be able to find
them on youtube. Unfortunately, my laptop crashed and any
other clips I had of that conference are also gone.

She is one of my favorite women preachers :)

There are some that don't like her style, but that is the case even for men. :)
