It depends if you are an UC the answer would have to be, "no" because there is no such thing as womens' pants so all pants must be mens.

Capri pants are coming in style for men now... my wife says I can't wear them yet because we live in Texas and it will take a while before a guy can wear them here. lol.

From previous experience, what you can wear in California, doesn't go over in Texas (I remember wearing Keds in California, but they were girl's shoes in Texas).

I would not. But not because I am worried about wearing women's cloths, they are made for a woman which means they won't fit me, I am not one of those sissy skinny boys that can fit in girlie jeans. Many shirts are unisex. I see both men and women wearing Hollister T-shirts, no one complains about that.
