I will be leaving for China on Wed and will arrive there on Thurs. Not sure how much TV coverage there will be, but you never know when a camera will turn up and they'll interview an American who looks just like MOW! Maybe in the Forbidden City, which we'll be touring on Thursday. Off to the Great Wall on Friday.

Will be in Beijing for two days and then on to Xian. The classes will be taking place from 8am to 9pm. These Chinese Bible students are hungry to learn. I will be teaching from 8-12 each morning and will be teaching on the Jewish roots of Christianity. The emphasis of my teaching is the oneness from a Jewish perspective.

We have a communist official who is "allowing" us to meet, but we need "prayer cover" as well. For those of you who don't know, the Chinese gov't has issued an edict ceasing all "underground" church activity, even on Sunday. I will be teaching in an "underground" seminary with about 60 students from different places in China.

Not sure what the security concerns will be, so I'm not sure what updates I'll be able to give. We'll be in Beijing for the opening ceremonies but tickets to that even are above $2500!

Will be too busy sight seeing and the prices of the tickets are too high anyway. Just being there in all the hub bub will be exhilarating enough!

Gotcha. I hope you have a wonderful time and accomplish your mission. I fully understand it is more valuable and important than any Olympic game!
