How tall is tall?
 
This is a photo of the eventual tallest skyscraper in the world. It is in Dubai. What do you all think about it?

Yes, but IF the building were a TRULY apostolic building, then it would have an unlimited amount of floors...

Not really. It would be neatly done as if to make people think there was unlimited floors when really there is an end to the floors. Like they would trim it up a little but still looks like it should cause they are good at hiding it.
