Michael Moore shows true colors once again

It's amazing these liberals can get away with this stuff but they crucify any conservative or republican.

Moore made the remarks to MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann. Republicans have been monitoring the storm’s progress, considering whether to postpone their convention in St. Paul, Minn., if the storm wreaks havoc on the New Orleans area, just three years after Hurricane Katrina.
“I was just thinking, this Gustav is proof that there is a God in heaven,” Moore said. “To just have it planned at the same time, that it would actually be on its way to New Orleans for Day One of the Republican convention, up in the Twin Cities, at the top of the Mississippi River.”

Moore seemed to back off his statement on air Friday, later saying, “I mean I certainly hope nobody gets hurt. I hope everybody’s taking cover.”

Never mind that there will be loss of property, and possibly loss of life when this hurricane hits. All he wants to do is take a cheap shot at the Republicans.

Of course, if Rush Limbaugh had made a statement like this, they'd be crucified in the media.

I think Moore's comments were tasteless...but I know many pastors who preached that Katrina was the wrath of God and the region deserved it.

In my opinion, it sounded like Moore was just acting like the right wing always does.

Let's pray for those in the wake of this storm. And yes...pray for the Limbaugh's and Moore's out there too.

Yes, pray for all of them in the generic sense, but I have never heard Limbaugh make a statement like that......

This is asinine. I vote this for the dumbest post of the month...maybe the year.

The "right wing" does NOT always do that. Once again you commit a logical fallacy of a sweeping generalization. In fact clearly there are non right wingers that make the same stupid comments....and? How does this make Moore any less an idiot?

You are consistent I will give you that. EVERYTIME someone points out something like this you are like the kid on the play ground "Oh yeah? Well...well what about so and so huh? He does it too"

Olberman continues to show his leftist belief by using Moore as a spokesman, otherwise how can someone so radical get so much national exposure.
