Modern Humans and Neanderthals
 

I was watching a documentary about the disappearance of Neanderthal man.

They were talking about them living alongside modern man and the speculation of Neanderthal's disappearance was interesting.

One interesting theory is that they actually intermarried with modern man and they had evidence of that possiblity.

Got me thinking of Genesis and Cain...could the "daughters of men" have been a Neanderthal type "human" and the line of Adam intermarried with them?

Maybe so. The Bible says the product of this intermarriage was mighty men of renown, and Neanderthals are widely regarded by scientists to have been much stronger than modern humans.
