Palin Believes In Right To Privacy!
Palin on Katie Couric says she believes the constitution gives Americans a "right to privacy" which is what Roe V Wade is based on. Many conservatives say the constitution does not explicitly state a right to privacy and that Roe V Wade should be overturned.
Palin is clueless as to the argument that is necessary to overturn Roe V Wade and has agreed with liberals! |

Yawn. More of the same.
Hopefully, this thread will just die quiet death. |

Re: Palin Believes In Right To Privacy!
Every interview of Sarah Palin that I see, I look at my wife, shake my head, and say the same thing. She can even quote me before I say it now. "What in the world made John McCain think she was qualified to be VP??"
I'm not sure anyone can realistically answer it. I mean did they not interview her and ask her tough, well thought out questions? Did they not drag up all the old interviews and debates she did in Alaska? I mean I realize McCain had only met her twice briefly, but what was his campaign team doing?? Was it strictly a "fire up the base" pick? I can't see a credible case being made for anything but a "base" pick. It just isn't there. |

“When the stock market crashed, Franklin D. Roosevelt got on the television and didn’t just talk about the, you know, the princes of greed. He said, ‘Look, here’s what happened,”‘ Barack Obama’s running mate recently told the “CBS Evening News.” Except, Republican Herbert Hoover was in office when the stock market crashed in October 1929. There also was no television at the time; TV wasn’t introduced to the public until a decade later, at the 1939 World’s Fair. Wouldn't THAT be something to talk about Decimated Mind? |

Re: Palin Believes In Right To Privacy!
Oooh, oooh, how about this one:
Barack Obama and Joe Biden stepped out of sync again Tuesday, as the Democratic presidential nominee criticized his running mate for voicing opposition to the government bailout of American International Group early last week. It was the second off-message moment for the Democratic team in two days. Biden had to ratchet back his own rhetoric Monday after an interview aired in which he called one of his own campaign ads “terrible.” |
