However, the last time I remember a recent national figure who's christianity was marketed to me turned out to be a person that surrounded himself with liars and incompetent advisors. |

This figure I am talking about had the gall to quote a line from one of my all time favorite traditional Gospel songs, "There Is Power In the Blood." I was at the VA Hospital getting some meds the other day and when I walked by his picture, I almost took it down. I was going to take it into the bathroom and destroy it. |

I still don't want a universal health plan though. Our biggest problem now is not the government but the greedy people who want the government to do everything for them. Also the people who purchased homes they couldn't afford. My wife is in real estate and saw what was happening a long time ago. We also are short of jobs because the Aliens keep coming over here and taking jobs that should belong to American citizens then they send the money they make back to their country rather than spending it to better our economy. I'll admit the Republicans haven't helped that situation. I also own one of those Corporations that Obama says it is their Patriotic duty to pay more taxes. I've got news for him, there's not that much left for me after taxes and overhead. He's just another crooked ,snobbish lawyer. I'm not painting all lawyers with the same brush. |

Studies show that "illegal immigrants" and recent immigrants who are known to actively send money back to their families in their native countries still contribute in large amounts to our economy, as consumers. The MAIN reason for America's loss of jobs is corporations shutting down operations in America and moving their operations to other countries where it is cheaper for them to operate. Part of the migration is taxes, but honestly, it's more than that. Companies who have moved their operations to Mexico, Taiwan, China and other places can pay their employees much less, without providing workers compensation and over time benefits. For most companies that move their operations overseas, it's not taxes as much as it is the whole picture. These companies have made the dollar their god and have sold the souls of their countrymen for increased profits. As for Gov. Palin, I think she is going to be a let-down, if her ticket is even elected-- but I could be wrong. |
Re: Sarah Palin, Blessing Or Curse
Just received this Email from a friend in Great Britian talkig about the debait.
. Just what we saw on the news ***. I agree, what we did see put her on a par with our Maggie, she certainly knew what she was talking about. But, when they had an Opinion Poll after about performance she got 38% of the votes. What do some people want for goodness sake. |
