I think the last lines of his song suggest that he would rather have a monkey be president than the current folks in DC that make monkeys out of the rest of America.

Along those lines, I am really, really disgusted that the bail out plan was passed and signed into law by the President so quickly!

I wish I was in power. I wish I had the influence to help guide our country into better decisions.
