Obama campaign cuts off WFTV after interview with Joe Biden

...WFTV news director Bob Jordan said, "When you get a shot to ask these candidates, you want to make the most of it. They usually give you five minutes."

Jordan said political campaigns in general pick and choose the stations they like. And stations often pose softball questions during the satellite interviews.

"Mr. Biden didn't like the questions," Jordan said. "We choose not to ask softball questions."

Jordan added, "I'm crying foul on this one."

It is being alleged that Palin has been off limits from potentially tough interviews from day one. I don't know enough honestly to make that claim persoanlly, but I have not seen her in too many interviews to my recollection.

She's certainly gotten tough questions in her interviews. How about the Bush Doctrine, which there are four versions of, and probably not a single person could articulate without a manuscript?!?

You have a very valid point there. I have yet to hear him articulate it with great clarity even with a manuscript. However, I am still not sure that she has been made tremendously available to the press at large.
