My cousin returned to Iraq
 

My cousin Peter Mendez has returned to Iraq. He is in the Marines. This is his second tour.

also, pray for his wife, Brie. She delivered their firstborn child in January and is alone in North Carolina with no family around.

I will keep him in my prayers, Berkeley.

My BIL's son just got out of Marine boot camp a month ago. I'm sure he'll be headed that way at some point.

They haven't been to church in a very long time, but he was telling our son, they are the same age, that under the religion part he put - Pentecostal.

He knows we are praying for him.

Berk I will be praying. Also remember Eric Stanley the Marine son of our former sound guy here at Christ Church Nashville.

He is on his first tour in Iraq and last Tuesday his Sarge was killed by a sniper. Like my son was I believe Eric is in either Ramadi or Fallujah, both very bad places.

Hey Berk! Did ya hear the one about how many Mexicans they can fit into a Hummer? LOL! Just messin with ya! I have a friend that just got back from Iraq and he had to do some things he really didn't think he'd have to do. Anyway, it's tough for our soldiers to be over there. I won't promise you that I will be praying for him because I don't believe in lying to people on these forums. However, if you ever want to talk lemme know.
