No one wants anybody to be lost.May all people find redemption so they won't have to face eternal punishment.

I hpe atheists and Muslims and Hindus are saved BUT they won't be unless they obey the ONLY saving message.

So they must quit before he saves them?

They must become a former sinner before he will save them?
They must become a former harlots before he will save them?
They must become a former trinitarians before he will save them?
They must become a former oneness pentecostals before he will save them?

Since trinitarians ARE monotheist and not polytheist as many Oneness folks try to paint them, then why would a person's trinitarian view of the Godhead keep them from being saved?

Does the Bible say that one must have a full understanding of the Godhead to make heaven? (if so then we are all in big trouble)

'Former' as in "having once, or previously, been." Since "saves" is present tense, technically those he saves were, but are no more, sinners. etcetera.

To paraphrase: 'Jesus saves those who were [X].'

By your mention, it literally reads Jesus saves those who are in that current condition, and remain there.
(Though, I'm tired, and am uncertain how precise the thinker is tonight. Hehe, haha, oh my >_<.)


. . . About the last one (OP's): my bad. Though, rather than saying "former," another adjustment could be mentioned to bring about the same point as above. Seeing those in the book of Acts were added after they were repented, baptized in Jesus' name, and received the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:38-41).

What are they being saved FROM is they aren't being saved from their sin... from their harlotry...etc

What would you tell someone who wanted to be saved but told you they weren't going to come to church until they were able to stop sinning?

God doesn't save FORMER sinners
God saves sinners.
And makes former sinners out of them.

If they could become FORMER sinners without Him then why did He die on the cross?
