I've been using this for a long time. The only drawback is that you have to state your answers and they have a hard time getting it right. You might say "Timbuktu, Africa" and they would repeat to you, "Ten Bucktoothed Africans....is that correct?" Then you have to say it again and again and again. Sometimes I get frustrated and hang up and dial regular 411. But, for the times that they actually understood me, it's awesome!!!!
Maybe I have a problem with pronunciation.....or just a southern accent?
