Brother G. E. Switzer Passed Away

Brother G. E. Switzer passed away this afternoon at 12:53 p.m.

Brother Switzer was senior pastor of the Apostolic Church in Belleville. He was 76 years of age and died of complications of a broken hip, pneumonia, and palsy.

Please keep the Switzer family and the Belleville Church in your prayers. Funeral arrangements are pending.

Children - Jeanie Switzer Tenney and Jeff and Lisa.

Jeff is/was quite a good keyboardist. Was he serving at his dad's church?

I believe Jeff pastors in TX.

I'm really glad you posted this; I had no idea. We used to go over to his church some when I was a teenager. He's been at Belleville for about as long as I can remember!

BTW--there is a younger daughter Lisa.

He was the nicest man, I dated Jeff for a min. and was able to be around him some.
