Christmas Shopping Bargains
 

One good thing about this recession (yes the Bank of Canada just announced the other day that Canada has one) is the bargains!

If one has money, there are deals.
I was looking at a Nintendo game for my son & it was on sale for $19 bucks still a great deal!
The clerk scanned it & it didn't come up. I joked with her that there was a scanning code of practice in place isn't this free now?
She smiled and said that she could input the code manually.
She tried & tried, & all she could do was get a code that gave it to me for--$4.99!!!!!

I then went to buy my aftershave for, get this----$9.99 on sale!!!!!

I felt like a robber---in a good way!:christmoose

I'm glad you were blessed with a bargain. :D

I have been blessed with many bargains, and I'm thankful for every one of them!! I was almost finished with shopping, and yesterday I came across this $25 doll for my niece. It was only $8.99! Then I looked in the boys section of toys-- and found a $30 toy for my nephew for $14.00! (I love amazon.com!!) :D I am officially DONE shopping. I refuse to look at another online "sale" for fear of going over the budget. I'd end up starting shopping for birthdays.... :D
