Electric Razor Advice.

When I get my income tax return,I am thinking about purchasing an electric razor it seems that disposable razors doesn't seem to be as good as they used to be.

I am looking at some wet/dry razors you know electric razors that you can use with gel or cream on your face.

I was just wondering if any of the brethren has a brand they recommend,or a electric razor that has given them good service .

I'm all ears for electric razor advice.

Its cheaper to grow a beard and trim it with scissors.

Electricity might be hard to come by in the future what with a depression n the horizon. Buy a straight razor and a leather strop............:heeheehee

My husband has a Braun. It's a great razor. He said he likes the screen and not the rotary shaver. He said the rotary pulls his beard. He has to shave every day for safety purposes where he works. They have to be able to put on a face mask if there is a chemical leak, so shaving is important.

My hubby uses a Braun, the last one he bought was to replace his old rotary one. He also uses a reg razor.

I have several razors but just use two of them. I have an electric by Norelco which has three rotary blades and I have a blade razor by Gillette called the Fusion.

I use the blade razor about twice a week because it gives a better shave. I usually use it on Wednesdays and Sundays because of Church. If I'm going to a funeral or something where I have to look good I use the blade razor.

I use the electric razor most other days. It gives me a poor shave but at least I can tell myself I've shaved that day. And the poor shave it gives is better than no shave.
