We got....................

over 10" of snow last night!! Everything is cancelled.

I had an Emmaus Board Meeting today - cancelled.

Justin and Keith were going to go snowtubing in Cleveland - cancelled

Walt was running the sound system for our school's Cabaret Show - cancelled

Our street is eerily silent. It's beautiful out here. But sooooo quiet.

So you all will be seeing a whole lot of me today!! Just wanted to warn you :)

What do you do for the day in cases like this? I hope that doesnt sound stupid, I have never had that happen before.

one mark ' is feet.

and if she got 10 feet of snow in one night, the whole world would know because it would be plastered all over the news. :snowing

That is a lot of snow. My brother & sister-in-law, have been having blizzards for a couple of weeks. Unusual even for Alaska.

tears are filling my blue eyes even now, for I miss the beautiful blankets of snow in Minnesota! 10" is quite a bit..... How equipped is your city to take care of it? hopefully you aren't stuck inside for more than a day.....

I miss it too! In TN, mostly we just get ice when it gets really cold, not much snow. I hate the ice!

I know what ya mean.... Thankfully we haven't had too much here in Kansas, but I heard Jan. and Feb. are not nice!!! oh well.....

Oh we've had it NICE this year. Last year we were out of electricity because of the ice we received. We were out of electricty for 11 days and got home 3 days before Christmas and then had to leave the next day for Oklahoma for the Holiday.

So count your blessings as this year hasn't been NEAR as bad as in the past. (Now you better not jinx us.......:thebunny)
