Who Are The Tritheists?
 

Is there such a thing? What groups are Tritheist? Can you name anyone who is one or are they a myth?

Could it be a Tritheist is just an honest Trinitarian who takes the doctrine seriously?

I suspect there are no groups who are so called "Tritheists". I suspect no names will be found to identify with the supposed doctrine.

Rather we will probably find that a cautious Trinitarian calls a serious Trinitarian "Tritheist" to ward off three God accusations.

Can someone prove me wrong?

Did someone claim there is a group of Tritheists somewhere? If so I have never heard of them. Sometimes unlearned Oneness folk call Trinitarians Tritheists...

I actually had a conversation with a lady a couple weeks ago who really did believe in three distinct and separate individuals in the godhead. She's the first one I've ever discussed this with who truly divided them up into three distinct beings.

I'm not as "oneness" as some people on here, as far as being Jesus only, but I cannot separate their personalities and thought patterns - where one of them could think something and the others not know it. Very weird theology to me.
