Etiquette for signatures
Advice:
I have been experimenting with different animated pictures and love the current one, but I honestly want to know if it is driving people crazy because of its size -physical and/or file size. I know others often post quite a few pictures in their sig line that take up a huge amount of screen space. What do you think? Does mine need to be smaller? Or is it ok (size wise)? What about others? (Not looking for names, but I don't want to be annoying and too "in your face"..... Ok, maybe a bit "in your face" at times, but at least less annoying. :) ) |
Re: Etiquette for signatures
I like it but think it should be about half as big.

I'm thinking that myself... and am going to try and change it. I really like it as well. |
Re: Etiquette for signatures
Note, I'm not asking about content so much as size -both in pixels and in total bytes. Content would be a whole nudder discussion.

Re: Etiquette for signatures
Love the pic, smaller would be better as long as you can keep the clarity.

Re: Etiquette for signatures
I'm always getting dissed because my file is too big. How do you get around that? In fact, the pic I have now is too big. How'd I do that?
Oh, BTW - "whatever" is my advice on yours. It is kind of huge. Maybe the bigger ones can be used but then cycled out a little more quickly than the smaller ones? Just a thought. Mine is annoying me. |

Some other ones I have used in the past:

Study the front door of the house carefully! http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...ScaryShoes.gif Made this one myself from my favorite Bugs Bunny cartoon.
