Your 5 minutes to Shine...
You are invited to a private WPF dinner party. What questions would you ask the Elders on an open floor? What would you like to ask, but afraid to ask, since you would be face to face? Would you accept the invitation, or politely excuse yourself? Just a thought.

"Does your Sunday School material have pictures of Moses, Abraham, Jesus, etc. wearing pants, like it says in the Bible?"

If I was invited by a friend, I'd attend and enjoy myself and the company to be had. I can't really think of anything I'd want to ask. Or even why I'd want to confront them at their dinner party just because it's an open floor. I am not afraid to ask, on forums or in person, whatever burning question I have. Trust me on that one... Ask some people here..lol Seriously, I know what these people believe. I know what I believe. I know why on both counts. I can respect the people and their right to believe what they believe, and know that they are pursuing God with all the passion they have, without necessarily agreeing on every point. I can, have, and would again, worship God with people who are members of WPF. |
