I need friends.

Hey guys, I know I’m annoying and that I really enjoy a good debate… sometimes too much. But I really do appreciate all of you. I’ve felt real alone in my spiritual walk the past year or so, that’s a long story. Lately I’ve felt like I’m just drifting around here on this forum without any real “friends”, like I just don’t fit in. Maybe I hold some controversial beliefs, but I mean well and I’m not above being mistaken. I need you guys a lot right now. My family is going through some transitions and I’m scared and don’t know what to do. I need someone I can get to know, someone I can open up to, someone that I can feel safe with, someone who will not judge me, but who will tell me the truth while standing by my side. So I had to say this….

I’m sorry if I’ve offended anyone. I have a tendency to use strong words and I come off far worse than I intend. Please forgive me.

I also would like to ask if you guys would let me in. Let me into the circle of friends here, even if for just a little bit.

Hey Aquila,

There is no one I write to on here every day....or every week ...or every month. But one thing I know, AFF is always there. You can leave for a month and come back and it will be here and all your friends will be here too. Don't feel left out. AFF is one big happy (usually) family that is here for you all the time. :)

AFF is a great place when you are angry, need to rant, or just need to talk. I have sorted through many a frustration here.

Well I know I pick on you sometimes, but I do like you. And I for sure will be lifting you and your family up in prayer. Just stick your head out of the debate room every once in a while. We are allowed to have fun here you know.
