I'm "all about prevention" as well. So why don't we proudly put this particular item forth as a bill intended to help prevent STDs? Why the subterfuge?

Since most agencies that work to "prevent the spread of STDs" (giving out condoms, etc) are controlled by feminists, this isn't really some sort of political pay-off is it? How much of this money will go directly to prophylactics and how much for "administrative costs" related to the promotion of certain lifestyles?

And much will end up right back in Nancy Pelosi's campaign war fund via contributions from "health" and "women's" PACs?

Someone needs to hold her feet to the fire. That answer was as lame as the ones Sarah Palin gave in that one interview....uh so HOW is pouring money into STD prevention going to help our economy?
