FDIC Criticizes Successful Bank

This really burns me. And yet there are STILL people who think that banks are not "regulated enough!". Rather they are being FORCED in many cases to give bad loans -loan "affirmative action" under the title of the Community Reinvestment Act.

He sued banks in the past because this means they are cheating the poor and not giving loans to minorities or dead beats or people with no down payments.
