Do you BELIEVE in Christians being educated?
 
Do you believe Christians should be educated?

How do you feel about Christians going to school?

Would you send your kids to a school?

What are the benefits? What are the drawbacks?

Not only do I believe that they should be educated but they should be leading the class in number of Phd's walking down the isle!

Yes, they should go to school.

Yes, I would send my kids to a school.

For one, they will be better prepared for a job. A drawback COULD be that they are so focused on their new (hopefully) high six-figure salary that they ignore the work of the kingdom. Granted, that six figure income COULD do quite a bit for the Kingdoms sake.....

Education is a waste of time when the Lord is coming. I also don't understand why some churches spend the money building brick buildings when metal ones or even tents should do with the amount of tiime we have left.

Besides if your kids go off to be educated they leave God and church so to protect them they should only go to a church school staffed by uneducated people for just as long as the law requires.

Then they should get married and seek whatever jobs they can get and their pastor approves of where they live.

My bible school roomate, co worker and classmate is still a soul winner. He lead research for IBM for most of his career.
I can name a medical school where most docs that stay in the area after graduation, go to the same church and do medical missions together every year.
