Got My Chip Embedded Card Today!

I received a new bank card from one of my banks today, & it had a microchip embedded in it.
The letter stated that my old card will become inactive within 60 days so I need to activate it before then.
My other banks are going to go a similar way & I understand my crdit cards are doing likewise within the next year or two.

Next year when my drivers license comes up for renewal will have a chip in it as well.

I will need a passport by June if I desire to go even to the States, it will have a chip as well!:thumbsup

Anyone else feeling a little homesick for Heaven?:sad

Thankfully-no!

However, it seems apparent that we are quickly heading towards a society where you will need these things to conduct everyday business.

The Drivers license chip originated in Washington State. We are copying them.

Just don't carry it on your forehead and use it always with your left hand! Everything will be fine then, right?

Ezekiel 9:1-4 leads me to ask if this is perhaps sort of like the Mac / PC wars. A "mark" seems to be given to both the the "good guys" and the "bad guys."

Maybe ultimate salvation in the upcoming times of sorrow will involve having the correct interfaces and port alignments. Or maybe, it's a standardized CMOS chip for both sides, but the embedded programming is the key.

I think it is all based on what secret 256-bit symmetric key is used to encrypt your transactions.
