If you are a piano player, what are your favorite songs to play on the piano (or keyboard)? If not, what do you like to listen to on the piano? Do you prefer to listen to piano playing without a lot of embellishments, or do you prefer more florid playing?

What I really want to know is what church songs do people like to play or hear played. Are there not very many piano lovers out there?
