Not a big confidence builder as you pull into a hospital. But I guess that's why Sindicato dos Medicos de Alagoas chose that spot for it.

yeah...they are always on strike...the poor hospital seldom has medicine...when mother was so sick we had to buy her medicine and take it to the hospital...

we have those signs all over our city but especially in front of the bigger hospitals...
