I worked at General Electric here in the Cincinnati area from 1966 until 1998. At times we had about 20,000 employees. We were required to sit through "training" where being a homosexual was presented as if it was something as normal as being a woman, an African-American, etc. From what I understand it has become worse since then. Recently someone who is still employed there was complaining because they were told they needed to put emphasis on hiring and promoting GLBT (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender) people.

T stands for Transgender or Transgendered
not Transsexual
