NLC in need of a Youth Pastor...know someone?
Our Youth Pastor, whom we've been privileged to have for 3yrs is going to be venturing into the music industry. He and his wife are very talented. His passion is music and he and I have been working together to help him work through this decision. So.........we need to find another Youth Pastor. I would really like someone with a oneness background. Most of you know who we are and where we stand on most issues. My pastorate and church is an open book.

If after having looked around, they are still interested, they need to contact me and send a resume. I am not a micro-manager so anyone who works for me has a great amount of liberty to do their job. We want one thing more importantly than anything else, and that is passion. If that passion and vision lines up with ours, then it just may work! :D
