Weather Control
 

Have you ever seen a program called Impossible to believe, or hard to believe, not sure exactly what the title is. Anyway, I caught the end of a segment my husband was watching last night after I got home from church that was very hard to believe.

It discussed the possibility that the Katrina storm was man made by our enemies. Said that weather control would be the best weapon any country could have. Discussed how they believe that this is being done.

Anyway seems hard to believe.

Anyone else ever hear this?

True, but they talked about some kind of waves that can do something to cause the high pressure areas to move, etc.

High tech folks would get more out of it than me. lol

it might be possible to do theoretically, but I doubt we have the ability yet and even if some other country did they would have to be in the area with a boat load of sophisticated equipment and I doubt it would go unnoticed

According to this program it names the countries beside us that has the ability to do this. I know Japan is one of them.
