Maybe he was estimating and wasn't trained in counting crowds. :blah

Re: Who's Report Shall We Believe?: PEAK 2009
With large crowds its easy to either overestimate or underestimate. 3,000 ... 5,000 - not a big difference when at a conference.
Professional news reporters get crowd numbers wrong all the time, but it's always just an estimate. |

I'll be attending Friday night so I'll see for myself.

The crowd count may have been "evangelistically speaking"

Re: Who's Report Shall We Believe?: PEAK 2009
I have 2 nephews in the Houston, TX area. They are both on Facebook. One is a youth leader at Porter APC (don't know if this is still UPC or if the pastor has gone with the AWF). The young man is at PEAK and wrote the following on Facebook about an hour ago:
"having a great time at PEAK. We are having great services. Looking forward to more today!" |
