A business owner is being thrown out of the largest mall in Charlotte for selling negative Obama materials.
Bumper stickers like:
"Al Qaeda's favorite days: 9/11/01 and 11/04/08."
"Work Harder. Obama needs the money."
"Impeach Obama"

I personally saw the Kiosk last week and it was in front of "outdoor world." It was not drawing crowds, disrupting traffic, etc.

Does the mall have the right to throw him out, no reasons given, or does it violate free speech?

Freedom of speech is on its way out if the American people don't stand up in unity and demand to take our rights back.

I wonder if kiosk leases are different from ordinary leases.
