Actually-- we're leaning much more toward the whole idea of the forum being SELF MODERATED. The first step is that members should try to work out problems privately by PM. If this is not possible, THEN an admin will help out.

If members don't help us out by reporting problem posts, things probably aren't being seen. Admin team members have lives. Yes, it's true. We don't stay on the forum 24/7 seeking out things to ban people over. We're trying to allow freedom of discussion as much as possible.

If anyone sees something that is a violation of the few rules we have here, then report it. Don't automatically assume that it has the approval of admin. We'll take any action necessary from there. :)
